FOUNDER, WRITER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Rachel is an experienced operations and production professional with over 18 years of expertise in studio management and creative project leadership. She began her career at Sky News Australia, gaining early experience in news media before moving into studio operations and collaborating with major film and television clients, including Netflix, Showtime, HBO, OWN, and KTLA. Her work in news and operations has involved overseeing sponsorship deals, sales and leasing, marketing, and all facets of running operations at top-tier film studios.
Beyond studio management, Rachel has worked hands-on in production support as well as in film distribution, where she led social media and marketing initiatives, focusing on digital content strategy. Alongside her professional roles, she is a passionate writer and content creator with a deep love for storytelling across film, television, and digital platforms. Whether developing operational strategies or crafting engaging content, Rachel combines industry knowledge with a creative mindset, bringing structure, strategy, and heart to every project she undertakes.
SHEA SINCLAIR
DIRECTOR, PROJECTS
Shea has worked in the entertainment industry for over 17 years and has a wealth of experience in all areas of post-production. She has overseen post-production on features, television, and short films from the preproduction stage through delivery and servicing. As a seasoned project manager with expertise in creative project leadership, she is familiar with current industry workflows and can act as an "interpreter" between the creative team and the vendors to ensure their vision is implemented. Her attention to detail is a valuable asset when it comes to budgeting & scheduling projects and hiring talent. Additionally, she has years of experience producing and editing short-format content for marketing, publicity, and value-added material such as bonus content and filmmaker commentaries, all of which align with a strong digital content strategy.
Shea enjoys the post process because it is a perfect mix of creativity and organization, showcasing her skills in studio management.

Carly Mo is a creative lead with a strategist’s brain and a storyteller’s heart. As Director of Story & Strategy at Creative Ensemble Media, she brings over a decade of experience in digital content strategy, brand voice development, and cross-platform storytelling.
Known for her creative project leadership, Carly has worked with brands like Wegovy, Mayo Clinic, TrueCar, Botox, GoodRX, FanDuel, ColourPop, and Proactiv, crafting campaigns that are as emotionally intelligent as they are results-driven. Her superpower is making complex ideas simple, beautiful, and wildly engaging.
Whether she’s shaping a brand narrative, mapping a digital ecosystem, or managing the studio to write copy that hits hard in six words or less, Carly helps teams find the story and the strategy to make it land.

Vanessa is a strategic operations and experience leader with over 8 years of expertise supporting founders, creatives, and tech-enabled businesses. She began her career as an executive assistant and business operations manager, working closely with CEOs across industries including tech, real estate, and media. Over time, her work evolved into leading creative project leadership initiatives, launching new ventures, and building out internal systems that help teams scale with clarity and intention.
As Co-Founder and Head of Client Experience at Thing 7 AI, Vanessa helps mid-sized businesses lead with artificial intelligence - guiding them from early ideation to implemented, high-impact solutions. Her work focuses on simplifying complex problems, aligning teams, and turning digital content strategy into results. Alongside her work in AI, Vanessa collaborates with Creative Ensemble Media to support individuals and organizations in bringing their ideas to life. Her specialties include early-stage podcast production, AI-driven strategy, marketing and sales automation, and LifeOps - her holistic approach to studio management that supports an intentional, purpose-driven life.
With a background rooted in business and storytelling, Vanessa blends structure with creativity. She brings a unique ability to connect the dots between vision and action, always with heart, curiosity, and momentum.

Chelsea is a digital artist and creative consultant specializing in creative project leadership and digital content strategy. With a passion for visual storytelling and intentional design, she has loved experimenting with vibrant colors, bold patterns, and innovative materials since childhood. With training in digital design, color theory, and social media strategy, Chelsea brings a thoughtful, modern aesthetic to every project. Whether she’s crafting bold digital content or providing guidance on creative direction, she is dedicated to helping brands communicate with clarity and personality.
Chelsea’s most recent work is showcased on her personal art Instagram account @colordoodle. When she’s not creating on her iPad, Chelsea manages her studio while chasing after her two energetic boys and their playful Aussie doodle.
